This year I asked my husband for something different for Mother’s Day this year. This year, I want to stay in bed (or sit on the porch, depending on the weather here this year) and every meal made for me (including clean up). That’s not too much to ask, right? I even helped out. Check out my menu for the day and let me know what you think!
Breakfast – For Breakfast, I’d LOVE to have scrambled eggs seasoned perfectly with Wildtree Smoky Bacon Grapeseed Oil, Wildtree Rancher Steak Rub, fruit and wheat toast.
Lunch – Strawberry Feta Chopped Salad – Avocado, Strawberries, feta, Cranberry Poppy Seed Dressing. Yummy!
Dinner – I’ll make dinner super easy for the hubs! Slow Cooker Lemon Rosemary Chicken. A delicious mix of chicken, carrots and red bliss potatoes.
Dessert – Another slow cooker recipe. Slow Cooker Apple Crisp! This is easily one of my favorite meals!
